Round 2 of wx3 changes on OSX
...
Main change is that VST GUI support is now integrate with new Cocoa
views. Direct support for VST Cocoa views (via Cockos extensions:
http://www.reaper.fm/sdk/vst/vst_ext.php ) has been added.

Bug 1061 - Chinese (Simplified) Missing
...
Previously we looked at wxLocale language names for matches to our names. The change to use the language set in the installer reversed this. However looking up zh (which is Chinese) in wxLocale yields zh_TW. So instead we now look up zh_CN.

Fix crash in new binary AutoSave

Would happen when writing tags with a value whose length was greater
than 65535 due to the use of shorts. Now uses int instead.

Do not cause duplicate ".aup" extensions to be added on OSX
...
The real problem is that there's a lot of code that is looking
for the ".aup" extension, but it's not using case insensitive
comparisons.
But that'll have to get resolved ... later.

... It was caused by unnecessary rounding to integer for "minSamples" and
"maxSamples".
Which were also misleading variable names, so I changed them. And took the
excuse to rename some other variables.

Less shimmer and maybe less CPU in display updates for scroll-scrub, because...

... tolerant comparison of pps values allows more cache reuse and avoids the
changing alignment of pixels to samples that causes the "shimmery" update.

Fix for translations of strings for screen readers in MeterAx::GetName. The translations of strings which had a leading space did not always preserve this leading space, resulting in merged words. Therefore separate spaces were added, and the original strings left unchanged so that no new translation work is required.
