Removes the INSTANCE column from RDAIRPLAY and RDPANEL tables. This was removed in schema 219 but persists if you create a db from scratch. This makes rdairplay prompt for a password when exiting and seg faults rdpanel if not removed due to an attempt to insert a record into RDAIRPLAY/RDPANEL without setting a value for INSTANCE which is NOT NULL with no default.

RDPanel A 'fullscreen' SoundPanel cartwall application. RDCastManager A utility for posting and managing podcast episodes. RDGpiMon A utility for monitoring GPI line status. RDHPIInfo A utility for configuring AudioScience audio adapters. RDAlsaConfig A utility for configuring ALSA audio adapters. RDImport A command-line utility for batch importing audio along with accompanying metadata. Do: rdimport --help from a command prompt for a list of options. RMLSend A GUI and command-line utility for sending Rivendell Macro Language (RML) commands. RDSoftKeys A lightweight button panel utility for sending RML commands.
