Steve Daulton 35e947fa2f Update icons to new logo ...

Thanks to Pokechu22 for tracking down the relevant files.
Also added Audacity_Logo_large.svg as the 'master'.

Noted naming anomaly in the 48x48 px XPM files having an
additional "_xpm" in the name.
