Also, fix a broken(?) include in px_linux_alsa.c. I don't know if it was actually broken, but it seems like that was wrong.
This is where some sort of README should be...but this is all there is for now. As of October 1st, 2006, Portaudio v2.0 (or v1.9) doesn't have the required support to use this version of Portmixer. To add the support, apply the portaudio.patch found in this directory.
