James Crook ff40b956dd Make without-DA be more like Classic. ...

This commit includes:
- A tidy up of TrackInfo item positioning.
- Ability to draw the stretchy buttons to odd sizes.
- ClassicThemeAsCeeCode.h created/added.
- More Toolbars shown by default.
- Icon adjusts.
- Other resource info adjusts.
- Splash logo adjusts.
- About Dialog and Html text adjusts.
