rbdannenberg	6fa857c3ae	Fixed MIDI playback on Linux. Still need configure files for libscorealign and portmidi. (I tweaked makefiles by hand to build and test with EXPERIMENTAL_MIDI_OUT and EXPERIMENTAL_SCOREALIGN.)
