Bug 2565 - (Residual) Fix auto-scroll regression.
...
My fix for 2565 broke autoscroll.
Scrubbing can be 'paused' when it is not active!
This meant that paused scrubbing could stop autoscroll
of normal play. The fix is to only suppress the autoscroll
if scrubbing is active and paused.
