Tried to mark every one of our classes that inherits from another, or is a
base for others, or has abstract virtual functions, and a few others besides.
I REALLY need to come up with a better process for moving
between plats as I (apparently) can't remember to do a simple
"svn add" on the final move...grrrr!!!!
