Change "Sync-Lock Tracks" button image from chain-link to clock.

Restore some "border" lines in TrackInfo.


Get rid of unused DEFINE_COLOUR( clrTrackInfoSyncLockSel...).

Clean out some undocumented commented-out code. Add/remove some comments.
