Update Nyquist plug-in headers

Browse Source 
Mostly consistency updates, plus a couple of minor fixes.
Line breaks in translated control text strings do not work, so have
been removed.
Obsolete ";categories" commands removed, and ";info" commands replaced
with standard Lisp comments.
