* Added a 'SyslogFacility=' directive to the '[Identity']
	section of rd.conf(5).
	* Added a 'syslog.openlog()' call to the constructor of the
	'PyPAD.Receiver' class.

	script.
	* Removed the 'syslog.openlog()' call from the 'pypad_live365.py'
