* Added a 'SERVICES.SUB_EVENT_INHERITANCE' field to the
	database.
	* Incremented the database version to 339.
	* Added 'RDSvc::subEventInheritance()' and
	'RDSvc::setSubEventInheritance()' methods.
	* Added an 'Inline Traffic Inheritance' control to the 'Edit Service'
	dialog in rdadmin(1).
