* Added an 'RDEscapeShellString()' function in 'lib/rdescape_string.h' and 'lib/rdescape_string.cpp'. * Fixed a bug in 'lib/rduser.cpp' that caused PAM authentication of accounts with a password containing one or more '$' characters to fail.
