* Added a 'QString *err_msg' argument to 'RDDownload::runDownload()'.
	* Added a 'QString *err_msg' argument to 'RDDownload::runUpload()'.
	* Fixed regression in rdcatch(1) that caused upload and download
	events to fail to show exit status correctly.
