* Added an 'RDAIRPLAY.LOGO_PATH' field to the database.
	* Incremented the database version to 355.
	* Added 'RDAirPlayConf::logoPath()' and
	'RDAirPlayConf::setLogoPath()' methods.
	* Added a 'Logo Image' control to the 'Configure RDAirPlay' dialog
	in rdadmin(1).
