* Added an 'show_unchanged' argument to the constructor of the
'RDGroupListModel' model.
* Modified the 'Edit Cart' dialog in rdlibrary(1) so as to
default the 'Group:' and 'Usage:' controls to '[unchanged]' when
opened in multi-edit mode.
