* Added a 'librdalsa' convenience library in 'rdalsa/'.
	* Moved the 'RDAlsaCard' class from 'utils/rdalsaconfig/' to
	'rdalsa/' to contain ALSA card quirk information.
	* Refactored the ALSA driver in caed(8) to use 'RDAlsaCard'.
