* Added 'RDCartFilter::setDragEnabled()',
	'RDCartFilter::showNoteBubbles()' and
	'RDCartFilter::setShowNoteBubbles()' methods.
	* Removed 'RDCartFilter::loadConfig()' and 'RDCartFilter::saveConfig()'
	methods.
	* Added 'RDMainWindow' to rdlibrary(1).
