* Fixed a bug in the 'Edit Feed' dialog in rdadmin(1) that allowed
	superfeed setups to be saved with no member subfeeds.
	* Fixed a bug in the 'Edit Feed' dialog in rdadmin(1) that allowed
	a per-item default image to be configured for superfeeds.
