* Added 'RDRssSchemas::itemLinksSupported()' and
	'RDRssSchemas::itemCommentsSupported()' methods.
	* Modified the 'Editing Item' dialog in rdcastmanager(1) to
	conditionally display the 'Link' and 'Comments' controls.
