	* Rebased 'RDDelete' to 'RDTransfer'.
	* Added 'sftp' support to 'RDDelete'.
	* Added 'file' support to 'RDDelete'.
	* Refactored RSS generation to occur in 'RDFeed'.
	* Added a 'delete_test' test harness.
