* Dropped the 'ENCODERS', 'ENCODER_BITRATES', 'ENCODER_BITRATES'
	and 'ENCODER_CHANNELS' tables from the database.
	* Incremented the database version to 331.
	* Removed the 'RDSettings::customCommandLine()',
	'RDSettings::setCustomCommandLine()' and
	' RDSettings::resolvedCustomCommandLine()' methods.
