* Removed support for the 'Backup Database' ['DB'] RML.
	* Removed support for automatic DB backup.
	* Dropped the 'STATIONS.BACKUP_DIR' and 'STATIONS.BACKUP_LIFE'
	fields drom the database.
	* Incremented the database version to 296.
