* Stubbed out rddbmgr(8).
	* Implemented the '--create' command in rddbmgr(8).
	* Fixed a bug in 'RDStation::create()' that generated corrupt records
	in the 'AUDIO_INPUT' and 'AUDIO_OUTPUTS' tables when creating a
	new host with no exemplar.
