* Removed the 'Enable Now & Next' checkbox from the 'Edit Group'
	dialog in rdadmin(1).
	* Removed the 'RDGroup::enableNowNext()' and
	'RDGroup::setEnableNowNext()' methods.
	* Removed the 'RDLogLine::nowNextEnabled()' and
	'RDLogLine::setNowNextEnabled()' methods.
