* Removed the vestigal 'Hot Keys' capability.
	* Modified the 'Start on SpaceBar' action in rdairplay(1) so as to
	activate upon *release* of the spacebar.
	* Fixed a regression that broke the Alt-X keybinding in
	rdairplay(1).
