* Removed the 'EVENTS.POST_POINT' field from the database.
	* Removed the 'LOG_LINES.POST_POINT' field from the database.
	* Incremented the database version tp 315.
	* Removed 'RDEventLine::postPoint()' and
	'RDEventLine::setPostPoint()' methods.
	* Removed the 'Post Point' checkbox from the 'Editing Event' dialog
	in rdlogmanager(1).
