* Fixed a bug in 'PyPAD.Receiver' that threw an exception when
	processing a PAD update with no active timer.
	* Added a 'pypad_spottrap.py' PyPAD script.
	* Removed the 'rlm_spottrap' RLM.
	* Removed the 'rlm_test' RLM.
