* Dropped the 'STATIONS.EDITOR_PATH' field from the database.
	* Incremented the database version to 357.
	* Removed the 'RDStation::editorPath()' and
	'RDStation::setEditorPath()' methods.
	* Removed the 'Audio Editor' control from the 'Configure Host'
	dialog in rdadmin(1).
	* Removed the 'Send to Editor' button from 'RDCartDialog'.
