* Removed 'RDSetMixerPorts()' from 'lib/rdmixer.[cpp|h]'.
	* Removed 'RDSetMixerOutputPort()' from 'lib/rdmixer.[cpp|h]'.
	* Added a 'RDCae::setOutputPort()' method.
